Main Event – Mosey the Campus

Aiken legs – 20 Squats, 20 Squat Jumps, 20 Lunges-10 each leg, 20 Lunge Jumps-10 each leg forward. Rinse and Repeat.

Clock Merkins – Hands on a step at the clock tower 15 Merkins at 12, 3, 6, 9. Repeat with 10 Merkins.

100 pull ups as a team. While one did as many pull ups he could, others did dips & 4x4s (burpee into plank followed by four Merkins followed by four mountain climbers with each leg. “One” is completed when returning to the standing position with arms raised).
