Today’s workout is inspired on Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood and his ‘Won’t you be my neighbor’ theme. This part of the American culture is something that YHC discovered only until very recently, having grown up in another country. There is a movie coming out on June 8, so YHC thought this was a timely idea.

Won’t you be my neighbor?

The PAX moseyed around BC doing exercises based on answers to personal questions that QIC posed. Questions started with “[PAX name], won’t you be my neighbor?” followed by a question about ages of 2.0s or years of marriage or number of 2.0s. There was even a question about grandma’s age (how dare you, QIC!) After some arbitrary math the QIC arrived to the number of reps for each exercise. The results were:

Thanks to The Closer for the opportunity to step in Q for him – the PAX hopes he can get back ITG soon. YHC had been thinking about the concept of being a good neighbor and thought that it was very fitting theme to F3. We all live in this nice community and it is important to reach out to our neighbors to learn more about one another. YHC is sorry not everyone got a chance to share something about them, although YHC is also sure the PAX appreciated that! Always thankful for the opportunity to lead this great group of men.
