Ahh… the rest and relaxation of Saturday….. that begins after TBR! You know it is going to be a great workout when two 2.0s arrive-including one FNG! Welcome Skeeter! It was getting crowded on our field thanks to a Lacross tournament so we headed off the field, but not until we finished t session that certainly made the fellas showing up with their Bojangles for a day of Lacross feel a little worst about themselves.

Arm circles, imperial walkers. that’s it; the temp and humidity are all the warm-up we needed.

Double time to stairs by the book store
Jacobs Ladder, dry docks up top and merkins at bottom
Double time to ROTC bldg stopping a couple times for Ab holds(plant hands on a wall, lift and hold your legs up)
Rotate pull-ups, dips, uneven squats until we reached 100 cumulative pull ups
Double time to start stopping a couple times for Ab holds
We ran out of time, so Mary was a bonus for those who stayed late.
