This morning’s workout combined a little running field trip to Hooker Fields with some weight and plyometric exercises.
WARM-UP: SSH, Slow Merkins, Prisoner Squats, Arm Circles
THE THANG :
- Two lines of eight PAX did an Indian run to Hooker Fields. Upon arrival, we removed coupons from the Beano Mobile
- Circle up on Hooker Fields for a random combination of weighted and plyometric exercises
- Kettlebell Swings – (men with the kettlebells always completed KBswings)
- Press Jacks
- One-Arm Rows
- Front Lat Raises
- Jump Lunges
- Jump Squats
- EKG Merkins
- Tuck Jumps
- Single-Leg Vertical Jumps
- Skaters
- Skaters w/ Broad Jump
- Unilateral Shoulder Press (from lunge position)
- Etc.
- 1-400 meter lap around field
- 2-line Indian run back to OEC startex for MARY
