Twelve PAX braved the gloom for a less than creative beat down. Normally, YHC prepares a more peripatetic Q, but ongoing injuries put the kibosh on any running. I just hope everyone got their money’s worth. Here’s what we did:
Warm up
- SSH (IC x25)
- Imperial Walkers (IC x20)
- Daisy pickers (IC x15)
- Arm circles/reverse (IC x10)
The Thang
Mosey to the picnic tables by the AO. Perform a modified Jacob’s Ladder consisting of the following:
- Merkins
- WWIIs
- Burpees
- Dips
- Step-ups
- Body-weight squats
If YHC’s count is correct each PAX completed 120 Merkins and WWIIs, 110 Burpees, 150 Dips, 240 Step-ups, and 115 Squats, despite the modifications. Not a bad way to start the day.
