This morning 7 PAX joined me for the second stop on my Trip Nip journey.
Warm Up
4 Corner Escalator with varying modes of travel including mosey, high skip, Frankenstein, backwards run, bunny hop. Corners:
• 10 Diamond Merkins
• 10 HR Merkins, 20 Squats
• 10 Wide Merkins, 20 Squats, 30 LBCs
• 10 Shoulder Touch Merkins, 20 Squats, 30 LBCs, 40 SSH
What Had Happened
We lined up and worked our way back and forth across the lot.
• Bear Crawl with increasing count Merkins at each parking spot starting with 1
• Lt Dan – Lunge Walk with increasing Squat at each spot. Started with 2, then 4, etc.
• Carb Walk with 5ct modified Homer to Marge. Mod was staying on all 4, so opposed to dropping to your shoulders.
Bataan Death Crawl – Bear Crawl Ricky Bobby. Last guy gets 5 Burpees, then runs to the front. Reverse direction and repeat.
