Run to Hillside Church
Two sets of: dips x 10, squats x 20
Hill #1 – partner up. Partner 1 bear crawl up then crawl bear down. Partner 2 – Bobby Hurlies. Repeat-o four times.
Run back to bottom of the school.
Hill #2 – traveling burpee up the hill, lunge walk at the top.
Lot #3 – partner up. Partner 1 suicide across lot. Partner 2 does drydocks, then flutter kicks. Two rounds each.
