Conditions: 58 degrees
Circle up and start warm-up: 20 IC Squats, 10 Arm-circles front then back. Enough warm-up we have a long way to haul heavy stuff.
Every Pax is issued a coupon (45-pound Kettlebells, Truck tires, 35-pound dumbbells, plates, or 5-gallon buckets full of water bottles)
 
The Thang:
Slow run with coupons down to the second entrance to the school. Put down coupons.
Traveling burpees up-hill on the school driveway. At the top of the hill, plank-it-out. Backwards run back to coupons.
Pick-up coupons and continue slow run down the road (1/4 mile). Stop at church with low-wall. Put down coupons.
Pax form two groups. Group one holds coupons overhead. Group two performs 25 IC dips. Switch and repeat.
All Pax have coupons and continue slow run down the road (1/4 mile). Then, run down the stairs to the tunnel.
While in the tunnel, form three four groups:

  • Group 1 – Run with coupons in each hand (farmer”s carry) to the walking bridge and back. Other groups will perform an exercise until group 1 gets back.
  • Group 2 – Overhead squats holding tires. Arms locked out with tire overhead.
  • Group 3 – Merkins
  • Group 4 – Thrusters with plates

Switch whenever group 1 gets back from the farmer”s carry run. Groups switch places. Repeat until every group has performed all four exercises. One FNG was a beast and took two 45-pound kettlebells for the farmer”s carry run – nice work!
All Pax have coupons, exit tunnel and up the stairs to the road. Slow run up the road (1/4 mile). Stop at church with low-wall. Put down coupons.
Feet up on the low wall for derkins. 25 Derkins.
Pick-up coupons and continue up the road (1/4 mile). Stop at entrance to the school. Put down coupons.
25 Candle-sticks OYO.
Pick-up coupons and continue slow run to the start. Grip, arms and legs fatigued from the 1.5 mile slow run with heavy stuff in hand. Everyone experiencing the “Tunnel Vision”.
 
Out of time, but finish with 25 IC plank-jacks.
