1 Mozie lap (y’all know singlet’s not hip to all that running… Leave that for Spooky and Manafort)
We partnered up to find a nice comfy spot of the wall
while one partner held the wall sit other partner did a handstand against the wall and proceeded to do 20 merkins (I give you HiMerkins). We rotated 3 times.
1 more mozie around (because you know, i didnt want to cheat anyone) .
we meet on the center field to begin the Tyson.
Named after Hwt boxer Iron Mike Tyson. Mike would take a deck of cards and what ever number was on the card would be how many reps he performed.
We got in to 4 groups and commenced to dominating the The Tyson F3 edition. We moved from one card to the next by: bear crawl, crab walk, lunges, wrestlers stance n motion (aka singlet shuffle) and reped out what ever number that was on the card. Face cards=11 and Aces=12… so 99 reps per suit
Group 1 bear crawled/merkins

Group 3 lunge walk/mountain climbers
Group 4 Stance n Motions (singlet shuffle) /plank jack
Once completed we rotated on to the next.
