7 PAX showed up at 0530 at Riverside to start the work week off right.

We moseyed to the back of the school and on to the practice field. YHC informed the group we were going to perform a three exercise pyramid. The exercises were merkins, WW2’s, and squats executed at 1:2:3 ratio respectively. The field was nice and soggy for us and the PAX really enjoyed the moistness. We got all the way to 10:20:30, and then we jogged back to the front of the school.
At the school entrance we did a full minute of BTTW, and followed that up with 10 donkey kicks.
YHC then led the crew over to the practice football field to close out the pyramid. Total count after the pyramid was 100 merkins, 200 WW2’s, and 300 squats.
