All traveling between stops were mosies at fellowship pace

First stop: Backwall of Carmichael

  • Ricky Bobby on the wall
  • BTTW to People’s Chair
  • Repeato until the end of the wall

Second Stop: Circle on NW side of Kenan

  • Dips x 10 IC
  • Derkins x 10 single count
  • Dips x 10 IC
  • Derkins x 10 single count

Third Stop: Genome Sciences Building

  • Crawl bear up a long set of stairs

Fourth Stop: Dental School Bridge

  • Bear Crawl across bridge,
  • 10 merkins, grab brick (or two)
  • Jog back
  • Crab walk across bridge,
  • 10 merkins grab brick (or two)
  • Jog back
  • Gather your bricks
  • 4 paces of lunge walk then 1 brick merkin (repeato until across)
  • Replace bricks
  • Bear Crawl back across bridge

Fifth Stop: Wall behind Carmichael

  • Captain Uzi took over
  • Single file line walk to the edge of Hooker Field
  • Once at Hooker field, we were “under fire” and needed to sprint for cover at the UNC Emblem and we hit the deck
  • Captain Uzi called out Rebar as being “hit”, Nightshift ran to the bushes and found the military stretcher
  • After a quick training , Rebar was on the stretcher being carried across the field by other 4 Pax
  • Repeato with each pax until we had all been carried across the field
