The weather forecast looked a bit hairy as YHC formulated the plan last night. To the point, where the workout itself was TBD awaiting the ok from The Falcon Kings Botched and OPEC.
With that in mind, YHC mapped out a workout that would keep us mostly out of the elements while also hopefully provide some challenge to the hearty souls brave enough to venture out, despite what their iPhone weather apps said.
Upon arrival, it really wasn’t as bad as advertised (2 PAX were even tackling EC manmakers) and for a moment YHC toyed with idea of switching these up with some more time under the surprisingly dry skies, but decided to just continue on with the original plan instead of stumbling through some less cohesive audibles.

Series of 5-10-15’s where we did 5 of one exercise, immediately into 10 of next, and immediately into 15 of third. Brief rest 5-10 seconds and then repeato for multiple rounds.
1st series: 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins, 15 squats x 10 rounds
Recovery – People’s Chair for 90 seconds with overhead, arms in front, to the side sprinkled in
2nd series: 5 burpees, 10 jump lunges SC, 15 MC SC x 6 rounds

3rd series: 5 surrenders, 10 dry docks, 15 Flutters SC x 6 rounds
Added in one more set of the 2nd series to grow on and finished with another
