Out of exhaustion or a desire to build our leadership, YHC decided to devise a workout where each PAX shared the Q love.
A total of 6 PAX arrived in the Gloom and moseyed to the traffic circle.
WARM-UP:
Chinooks (x10 CC, both directions), Finkelswings (x10 CC, each leg), Annies (x10 CC, each arm), 10 Burpees OYO
THE THANG:
Each PAX was given approximately 5 minutes to Q.
- YHC – mosey to cul-de-sac in Waterstone for some car card games: Clubs – Merkins, Spades – Air Squats, Hearts – Carolina Drydocks, and Diamonds – LBCs. 2 rounds through the PAX, PAX picking card decided on count based on number on card.
- Nubbin – Lines – 1st crab walk/sprint back, 2nd bear crawl/sprint back, 3rd bunny hop/ sprint back, 4th gorilla walk/ sprint back; plank ring of fire x2 – PAX hold plank while, in turn, each PAX does a burpee then runs around the ring of planking PAX then does a synchronized burbee with the next PAX up before returning to plank.
- Pusher – 11s with 10 Merkins and 1 Air Squat, continue until 1 Merkin and 10 Air Squats
- Cortes – Ricky bobby to intersection at bottom of hill. Bernie Sanders up the hill squat holds till all PAX finish plus a 10 count. Bounding down to start position. Rinse and repeat x 3. 15 squat jumps before handing Q to toast.
- Toast McQueen – BOMBs (if memory serves me correct)
