Can I tell you  something personal? I love the Q shop tab on the mega doc. At first it served me well to avoid those Qs who put the fear of GOD into to me early on by calling feats of strength and endurance like bear crawling the entire hill at Ramseys. These days I use it to ID the AOs in need of a Q. It helps me steps out of my routine and get to see some men I don’t regularly get to. It also helps me stay flexible because having limited knowledge of an AO will results in audibles regardless the diligent prep done on Google maps.

Warm up
Mosey to the round about. Flys, arm swings, hill billies, slow merkins, mountain climbers, and slow squats

The thang
Rickey Bobby to DTCC. Reconstructing burpees at the streets.
10 hurpees
10 hurpees and 10 merkins
10 hurpees, 10 merkins and 10 squat jumps
Hollowing Monkeys at the entrance to DTCC.(grab your ankles and hold a low squat during a 10 single count monkey humper ring of fire)

Mosey to the park and ride lot. We ran to each median break in the parking spots building exercises as we went.

  1. 10 star jumps
  2. 10 star jumps, 10 lunge jumps
  3. 10 star jumps, 10 lunge jumps, 10 smurf jacks
  4. 10 star jumps, 10 lunge jumps, 10 smurf jacks, 10 squats
  5. 10 star jumps, 10 lunge jumps, 10 smurf jacks, 10 squats, SSH til the last pax complete 10

On the return trip through the parking lot we hit merkins at each median.

  1. 5 diamond grip
  2. 10 wide
  3. 15 military
  4. 10 wide
  5. 5 diamond
