By the time the PAX rolled into OHS parking lot, they got to see all the new coupon laid out YHC. Lots of smiling faces for Gloom about to begin!!

Warmup:
Quick warm up because YHC had lots lined up for PAX: 30 Cadence count SHP, WMH, LBAC

The Thang:
The PAX broke up into partners and YHC provided brief explanation of exercises at the (4) stations. First station: partner #1, 20# wall ball thrusters, while partner #2 arm curls 20# pickle bucket. Second station: partner #1, 20# slam ball crushers, while partner #2 over head press 20# pickle bucket. Station #3: partner #1, slap battle rope, while partner #2 chest press 40# pickle bucket. Station #4: partner #1 step inside tractor tire for reverse grip squats, while partner #2 swings sledgehammer onto another tractor tire.
YHC set up the timer for 1 minute exercise, then 20 second recovery and rotate. After each pair completes both exercises at each station, they rotate to next station. Rinse, Repeat until PAX completes all 4 stations. Then 30 second recovery, followed by Second round through stations.
Then the PAX lined up in People’s Chair, passing the wall ball down the line then last member ran to front to start again. Rinse & repeat opposite direction.
Mary:
PAX circled up tight on ‘6’ for some WW II with slam ball toss to one another. Sounds great until to get smacked in head by 20# slam ball. While still in circle PAX performed 3 merkins on slam ball, while others waited in plank position until slam ball was passed to each. Completed Mary with 30 cadence count flutter kicks.
