To The Hill for a Jacob’s Ladder starting with run to top->5 Burpees, run to bottom->1 Jump Squat, and so on.
When one was done, various plank holds were led by Shake-It.
We moseyed to The Field for 3 rounds of Dora during which one partner ran backwards to mid-field and then forward to the goal line while the other partner did an exercise. Collectively, the partners had to accomplish a set number of each of the exercises before moving on: Merkin x 100, Squats x 200, LBC x 300. More plank holds while PAX completed exercise.
Basic Wheel Barrow using same partner. First to the 18 yard line, then switch to come back. Next, to mid-field and back.
Lunge Walk to mid-field and Bunny Hop back.
