The Thang

Picked this up on a trip home to Ohio and a post with F3 Cleveland (at my old high school, of all places).

Poker Chips: Move steel, cinder block, or other coupon across a parking lot, one space at a time. After you move your “chip”, shuffle over to the next one. The PAX at the end of the line runs back to the other side. We had to split into three groups: two moved up the parking lot hill while the third moved across it. We rotated so each group got to go up the hill twice.

Jacob’s Ladder (7): Burpees at the bottom of the parking lot, run up the hill, Jackass Merkins at the top.
