Chum mentioned in Slack that The Thicket needed a Q this morning. YHC jumped at the opportunity. Taking a Q without having a plan affords the opportunity to go onto the great intertubes, do some googling, and see what other AOs are up to. In other words, it allows you to plagiarize and bring some interesting stuff to the local PAX.

You too can Q. Don’t be afraid! Ask others for help planning , if needed. Steal workouts from Backblasts (PROTIP: That’s why there are backblasts). F3 provides a GREAT medium to practice being a leader, so step up and lead!
