YHC has signed up for the new Pathfinder Class (025) so what better way to incorporate workouts into the schedule than to Q them! It has been a while since adding weight into the workouts in the Northern Province while adhering to no shared equipment safety measures in place but today was the day. YHC put the call out for people to bring a weight and it would be their own for the duration of the workout.

The Thang
YHC spread everyone out with their weights so we could do the work and each have our own space.
3 Rounds:
- 12 Goblet Squats
- 12 Merkins
- 12 Bridges (weight overhead)
- 5 burpees
Plank for the 6 before moving to
- 12 Walking Lunges (weighted L then R =1)
- 12 overhead press
- 12 upright row/front lift
- 5 burpees
Plank for the 6
Weights down and back to spread out positions in the parking lot (2 lines)
One at a time PAX would bear crawl forward one set of parking spaces while all other pax alternated plank hold or squat hold. Mosey to River park

- High plank 30 sec
- 15 Hammers
- boes and toes plank 30 sec
- 15 back scratchers
Mosey to parking lot, each PAX called core exercise while running length of parking lot we did: boxer crunches, hammers, flutters and several others
- Superman hold Ring of Fire 10 count each
- 6″ leg hold Ring of Fire 10 count each
