22 of Briar Chapel’s finest men made their way to Woods Charter this morning. There was a plethora of EC with rucks, pullups and I think a massage station. I wasn’t there for any of it but everyone seemed pretty sweaty when they showed up. With no FNGs no disclaimer needed.

“Warmup”
Don’t circle up, gather up. Stretch yourself and get instructions for the rest of the morning. It’s a timed pyramid. One exercise for one minute, next exercise for two minutes and so on. Here’s how it went down.

The Thang
1 minute of burpees
2 minutes of overhead claps
3 minutes of 90 degree squat jumps
4 minutes of partner derkins
5 minutes of traveling burpees
6 minutes of lost indian run

Turn the reigns over to Yanni

6 minutes of bear crawl indian run
5 minutes of buddy carry back to the AO
4 minutes of partner plank hops
3 minutes of crawl bear
2 minutes of SSH
1 minute of escalating merkin burpees

Stair climb at Kenan tomorrow. EC options available. Meet at 5:45 and run into the stadium together like the gladiators you are.

Thanks for helping YHC celebrate my anniversary. I failed to mention this morning that my first post was a F3 9/11 stair climb convergence (there were 20 guys) at the parking deck at Kenan. After the fourth trip up I peeled off on one of the levels and splashed merlot 30+ feet down. It was quite the remarkable sight. I wish you could have been there. I’m glad I was.
