Discussed the importance of mental health and not being shy from getting counseling if you need it. My wife and i have been meeting with a counselor for a few months now and I cant tell you how much of a difference it has made for us. Marriage is still hard but this is giving us tools to communicate much better. Even just that one hour a month to sit with someone and just talk has been great for us. As men, sometimes we shy away from stuff like this because its not “manly” enough. But as a man I can tell you it sure is working for me.  Until next time in the gloom, Aye!
