The Thang:
The World Cup is on!!! And England beat Panama 6-1 on Saturday! YHC’s thoughts turned to balls. With two soccer balls available we were going to have a kickabout.
Round 1:
Two PAX around the short track dribbling inside the lines and racing each other. If we went outside the line there was a penalty burpee. Each of the PAX got a turn around the track. If not kicking a ball, then we were doing squats.
Round 2:
Mosey to Smith parking lot for four corners. One corner, then back to the start. Then two corners, then back to the start. Then three, and so on.
Corner 1: burpees x 10
Corner 2: merkins x 20
Corner 3: LBCs x 30 cadence count
Corner 4: squats x 40
In between each corner we passed the balls around.
Mosey back to the Seawell benches. Dips x 20, Airkins x 20, then … dips x 15, airkins x 15 … then 10 of each … then 5.
