Man I loved this show when I was a kid. Maybe it was my pubescence, maybe it was those awesome speed boats, or maybe this was right when Pamela Anderson was smoking hot. Either way, when my wife let me pick our Halloween costumes this year, Baywatch was the lucky winner. To add to that, I was able to convince the Rabbit crew to make this weeks run an evening get together with costumes to try to bring a smile to some peoples faces. Hopefully we did that, but if not, I think at the least a new F3 Briar Chapel Halloween tradition was born!

WARM-UP

THE THANG

• Run to the wall
  • some merkins, squats, LBCs
• Run to great meadow volleyball courts
  • some squats, some lung walks around court
• Run by Gomer’s house (that;s one big dragon…TWSS) and back to Sustudio’s place so he and Jack can make it to the Pumpkin deal
• Run down to Bennett Mountain and circle back to club house
• Just over 4 miles in total
