I don’t know… I’ve net yet planned a Q. On a serious note, you could run the same beat down cause most AOs will have different pax. Regardless, we’re just pretty much Qing the same things in a different order anyhow. Lastly, if you’ve ever consider a Q-a-thon don’t let be the planning be the excuse. You can do better than that.

The Thang
Starting for the bottom of the lot, we traveled back up doing inch worm burpees, Lt Dan. Lincreasing squats at each parking line, and bear craw with increasing donkey kicks.
Mosey’d to the playground for a 10 min AMRAP: 5 pull-ups, 10 merkins, and 15 squats.
Mosey’d to the front benches for 20 IC dips & alternating steps then 15 IC of each.
