Now that the Headline got clicks onto the real story (more on the headline later):
YHC took the opportunity to Q at The Rock Hillsborough’s premiere Monday AD and one of the best ways to make sure I post on Monday morning.
Today was about options based on how many PAX showed up. YHC was ready and NONE of the options included cinder blocks, thank you Iron PAX. Many PAX were weary of the sandbag that awaited at the startex but alas 9 PAX showed and numbers were perfect for the longer version of a workout and off we went.
Warm up
- Mosey to traffic circle
- SSH (IC) x20
- GM (IC) x10
- Port a John chinook (IC) x 10
- WMH (IC) x10
The Thang
100 reps each exercise. All exercises to be completed OYO as each member of the team picked one exercise to have ownership over. Only the count of the one PAX who had ownership would allow all other PAX to move on, some would do more some would do less but the team would stay together. After the owning member of the team completed 100 reps all PAX ran to the end of soccer field and back

- Flutters
- Overhead Press
- Squats
- Oblique Crunches (50 each side)
As a continued shared leadership model and all team members sticking together each PAX led 5 6-count burpees (and the PAX were “thrilled”

For those who must know about the headline: Halfback found a hole in the soccer field but only on round ~5 and it only added to the mumblechatter that was rich this morning.
