F3 Games

March 21, 2019

WHEN: 03/08/2019
QIC: Fieri
PAX: Rambler, Cooter, Closer, Duplo, Goat Cheese, Fatcat

Note: This is a severely delayed BB posted nearly 2 weeks after the workout.

YHC and Marky Mark had conspired weeks ago to find a time on the calendar where we could Q the Mustang and Wall at the same time so we could have round 2 of F3 games. YHC had been fighting the flu all week so it was a bit questionable whether I’d even be available or not. However, adrenaline took over and it all worked out.

Given that The Mustang crew starts 15 mins earlier it was decided that the Mustang crew would make the trek up to the Wall for this round of games. Right as the PAX were assembling for WarmUp we saw the posse in the distance making their way towards us and the PAX instantly knew something was afoot.

After a quick warm up we were literally off to the races.

Warm Up
SSH x20 IC
Imperial Walkers x10 IC
Willie Mayes x10

ME
Mosey to the tennis courts. Setup is Mustang against Wall.
Competition 1: Suicide Race (First Court/Back, Second Court/Back, Third Court): Winner = The Mustang*
Competition 2: Bear Crawl Suicides: Winner = The Wall
Competition 3: Crab Walk Suicides: Winner The Mustang

* After the workout YHC and Marky Mark realized that The Wall team had one extra PAX so the results were called into question!

At this point the Mustang crew had to mosey back down the hill. Wall crew headed to the basketball courts.

BTTW – 1 minute
Peoples’ Chair – 1 minute
Lunge Walk the Perimeter of the Courts

March Madness: PAX took turns taking shots from around the court. A make means the PAX who made the shot could call an exercise. A miss meant either penalty burpees, WWIIs, or Jump Squats.

Mary

No time as Mary was built in to the ME.

Be sure to go out of your way to be nice to people. Sometimes we encounter people at work or in everyday life that aren’t exactly friendly. You never know why that might be. They could dealing with personal/family troubles or problems at work. Be nice and help them out – you never know, you may change their attitude for the better!
