DMcD, Counting to 8, and Dude where do we park

Dude where were we supposed to park?   YHC had no idea where to park.  As 0530 drew closer YHC looked around and realized that, outside of Python (who had to be there else he wasn’t going to be fed for the rest of the day) no other PAX were in sight.  The YHC wondered did some of the PAX read the Slack message about YHC being Q?   I know my Q’s suck, but in a good way.  You know, gotta Embrace the Suck.   (That really should be on a T-Shirt, unless it’s trademarked)   Thankfully, from across the playground, we were able to see Rebar through the dark and rain come running toward us, and directed YHC and Python to the location of the rest of the PAX.   So we were able to start on time.  (Python wasn’t too happy about this, he thought maybe he might get off easy after all this morning.)

Oh yeah, YHC also had a “Workout Plan” for his Master Q 10/25 workout,  written down on a piece of paper.  Due to the rain, that Plan on Paper, was about as useful as a football bat.   What YHC needed was a Plan to keep the Workout Plan dry so it could actually be read and followed.  This whole Q thing is about trial and error.   In the case of YHC, the PAX feel like they are on trial while YHC is constantly making errors.   Thanks for your patience, perserverance, and sense of humor.

Warm Up-

SSH, 5 Penalty Burpees (Pedialyte Strolled in a little Tardy), IW, WMH, Arm Circles (FWD and REV), Flutter Kicks, Merkins:   and then right into some 8 Count Body Builders (Sometimes the count was a little jacked up 3-4, 3-4, 5-6, 5-6 you had to be there to understand)

Mosey to the Track for something called the Dirty McDeuce.  Defined in the F3 Exicon as “4 sets of 3 exercises done to 12 4-count reps. Each set has one chest exercise, one leg exercise and one core exercise. After each set of three exercises, you run a lap of a track or whatever else is handy (parking lot, etc.)”

Set 1: Merkins, Squats, Flutter Kicks – Run a Lap
Set 2: Diamond Merkins, Monkey Humpers, Roslita – Run a Lap
Set 3: Wide Merkins, 8 Count Body Builders, Heels to Heaven – Run a Lap
Set 4: SLOW Merkins, Prisoner Squats, Flutter Kicks – Run a Lap

During the runs YHC kept starting first but finishing last, wheezing and gasping whilst circling the track.  Even Python was clowning YHC every time he passed.   In my head though all I kept hearing the PAX say was “We are enjoying this so much!   Thanks Red October!”

Mosey to the picnic tables for some dips: 25x, 20x, 15x IC.   Then break up in to teams of 2 as 1 person on the team hangs from the Monkey Bars, the 2nd person runs a lap of the track.   Flapjack and repeat x3.

Out of time so run back to the start for some MARY: 50 Flutter Kicks IC.
