After a large turn out (6 plus Assisi) for EC pullups, bells, and some running, YHC headed over to DR to inflict the pain.
YHC travels almost every week for work. Running on the lame Hilton Garden Inn treadmill can get quite boring. As a result, YHC has created a hotel room workout so as not to fall too far behind the PAX who are out in the gloom every morning. Today was a combining of those two worlds. 15 exercises over 15 minutes. Rinse and repeat 3 times for a total of 45 over 45 minutes. 5:30 to 6:15 and we’re done. Oh yeah one more thing, it was pouring down rain the whole time. There was much mumble chatter from the PAX about how this workout could be completed in the shelter of the parking garage, but how much fun would that be? No pain, no gain… no rain, no gain? I’m guessing the rain probably doesn’t really add much other than being annoying.
No Warm up… especially no side shuffle hops… just for you Riggs. Quick jog over to the area in front of the parking garage.
