Boucher was all set to Q Rameses this week until a sniper got his shin at The Eagle loading dock on Monday. Boucher ended up with a souvenir of a half a dozen stitches, and we all hope he heals up well. I snatched up his opportunity to Q at one of my favorite spots. Many ECs options were available on Wednesday in and around the OEC. Each one was filled to the brim with a unique mix of pain, suffering, and bad ideas. We rolled right into the ME at 0545.
What does it mean to live fully, to experience the highs and lows? What gives us the ability to stick with things? I had a rewarding taste and test of each of those questions when Q’ing Rameses by choosing to include a number of movements I’m horrible at. I’m thankful for such an awesome group that is always willing to pull-together and encourage each other do the reps both on and off the playing field.
