A typically pleasant springtime TBL, complete with a pod of 2.0s to push us hard (spoiler alert). PAX were incredibly encouraging and psyched for the work-out – even more than usual.

The Thang
YHC set up cones at strategic locations with instructions written on each for a 6×6 escalating Beast.
- From midfield run to base of hill -> 6 burpees
- Bernie up 2/3 of way up hill -> 6 burpees, 6 squats
- Bear Crawl to top of hill – > 6 burpees, 6 squats, 6 merkins
- Run down hill to near goal line -> 6 burpees, 6 squats, 6 merkins, 6 WWIIs
- Partner up and wheel barrow to midpoint from half field -> 6 burpees, 6 squats, 6 merkins, 6 WWIIs, 6 tuck jumps
- Switch partners and wheel barrow to half field -> 6 burpees, 6 squats, 6 merkins, 6 WWIIs, 6 tuck jumps, 6 dry docks
Plank then fellowship run around field and line up at far corner sideline:
- 20 Freddie Mercuries, 10 side plank dips each side
- Lt. Dan (lunge, lunge, squat) across the width of the field. Plank
- Return Lt Savage (lunge, lunge, squat, merkin). Good form emphasized.
Run to Wall on Path
- 10 dips -> 7 derkins (repeat)
Line up at base of soggy field in front of the wall
- PAX 1.0s do flutters while PAX 2.os sprint to long end and back
- Same set up with 1.0s doing burpees while 2.0s run
- And again with 1.0s doing squats while 2.0s run
- Next, 2.0s did heels-to-heaven while 1.0s sprinted length and back
Mosey to shady spot of soccer field
- Box cutters x 20
- Turtle led by Elf
- More Freddie Mercuries led by Domo
- Heels-to-heaven led by Taio
