This morning was a great morning. 3 PAX knocked out a MMEC (“man maker extra credit”) sesh. Tclaps to opec, loonie and botched….solid. 0530 hits and 16 PAX are ready to work (we ended up with 17 PAX has Nails was fashionably late for the party). YHC was excited to incorporate coupons into the morning’s plan.
Warm up consisted of SSH, imperial walkers, mtn climbers, merkins and plank jacks and we’re off with our coupons. 3 KB’s 55, 45, and 40# plus 1 60# sand bag. Mosey down the most upper lot next to the tennis courts (just below the soccer field). Continued warm up, hard run up the hill to Garrett Rd and back….2 times…..sweat officially broken.
The Thang – count off in 2’s. 1’s circle up around a pair of coupons and 2’s circle up around the other 2 coupons. 1 PAX jumps in the middle and performs 25 KB swings while a PAX in the circle calls out an exercise to do while the middle PAX completes his 25 reps. Continue on rotating through. After the 4th PAX has gone time for a running break. Run the “big loop”, down to bottom of parking lot, up to to Garrett Rd on the far side, side walk down Garrett, and right back into the falcon after soccer field, and back to our circles. Continue KB cycle. After the 8th PAX it’s run time again. This time down to the bottom of the lot and straight all the way up to Garrett and then back to our circles.
RINSE & REPEAT but this time the exercise in the middle is upright rows.
Finish and head back to the main parking lot for 1 minute of Mary – LBC’s. We all got some Mary in during circle time. STRONG WORK MEN.
