Two shadowy figures advance towards the AO like ghosts coming out from a morning fog. Bunyan and Shingles emerge from what we assume is the wooded area where they reside. Perhaps they live there, perhaps they don”t don”t really exist, perhaps they are a mirage who show up to test our psychological well being. Where ever they came from they would disappear back to that mysterious world once the workout was all said and done as if they had never been there at all. All in all 7 brave PAX embraced the gloom at Paradise and got to work on a perfect 56 degree morning. The following story is the truth and nothing but the truth.

Jog up to the cider block pile and grab a block that would become your friend for the morning
On the block – Calf raises, both feet x20, left leg x20, right leg x20
Side jump overs x20
front jump overs x20
merkins – left hand up x20, right hand up x20
Z-press AMRAP for 2 minutes
Jog down to traffic circle
Pax spread out evenly around the circle placing their cinder block with enough room to put 1 hand on the curb and one hand on the block
Bear Crawl around the circle stopping at each block to complete 2 merkins
Jog down to Plateau Hill
With your block complete exercises at each of the three levels
1) blockees x10
2) Merkins x20
3) squats x20
4) burpees x5
Run back to cinder block pile to deposit your block
