If this style of workout is something you’re interested in more of, join us at AMRAP every Thursday morning at 5:30. One week marks my 1-year F3 anniversary. I’ve lost 22 lbs. and have definitely gotten in better shape. The best part of F3 for me is the brotherhood. The laughs, mumblechatter, etc. is what brings me out. Aye!!
