Slaughterhouse Rock

The title really has nothing to do with the workout but I just liked the way it sounded.

7 PAX posted up on a muggy Monday morning for a little work on the pitch.

Warm-up

Mosey down to the park parking lot and did imperial walkers, hillbillies, WMHs, SSH, overhead claps, and some body weight hangs.

The Thang

YHC asked PAX to grab a rock but was told by the legal team to wait until the police left the area so instead we started out with a circle burp.  Once the police were gone all PAX grabbed a rock and headed to the soccer pitch.  With all PAX and rocks lined up from the goal post extended YHC told PAX that each rock was a different exercise.  Curls, overhead press, squats, tricep extensions, row, lunges, and standing chest press.  YHC timed each exercise and once timer went off PAX sprinted the field to the other goal post then ran backward on the way back.  All told this was a 7 rounder with the last run being a sprint both ways.  PAX returned the rocks gently to the pile (again on instruction from the legal team).  Dips and merkins then followed on the picnic tables.

Mary was flutter kicks, Freddie, WWII, and an isometric then a ring of fire plank.
