It was a windy Friday morning. Three PAX participated in EC this AM and 21 PAX were in attendance for the main event. At the end of the workout there was a full moon and a sunrise on display for our enjoyment. What a great way to start a Friday!
The Warm-Up
- SSH x 20
- Imperial Walker x 20
- Willie Mayes Hayes x 20
- Slow Squat Hold x 20
The Main Event
- Bataan Death March – The PAX formed two lines and leisurely jogged the road surrounding the AO while the unfortunate PAX at the end of the line stopped to do 5 burpees. That PAX then caught up to the group and ran to the front of the line. Next man in back dropped for 5 burpees.
- The PAX then alternated 20 dips and 20 curb merkins (2X).
- Another round of the Bataan Death March
- This time the PAX stopped under the shelter for 20 more slow squat holds, then alternated LBC’s and step-ups on the tables.
- The PAX then moseyed over to the tennis courts where we completed the following:
- Running Suicides
- Crab Walk Suicides
- Ring of Fire Merkins w/ Recovery Plank
- A Kosher Special: Burpee suicide down and back across three tennis courts
Note to Self: Identify and avoid Kosher’s VQ – He’s not afraid to hand out the Burpees

Ball of Man
- Another special thanks to the men of #thewall for allowing me to lead them this AM. You guys are a true inspiration and always I enjoy our time together in the gloom. It was also nice to finally see the sunrise at the end of our workout at #thewall. It seems like awhile since that has happened.
