Ring Around The Planksies

7 of us were at The Earl for my first time as Q, and while I certainly need to hone my skills and planning, I think it was still a pretty decent workout.

Warm Up
Run in place
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Overhead arm claps
Front arm claps—add a squat

Thang
First was a mosey to behind the 9/11 memorial for my first attempt at Ring Around The Planksies…circle of planks while one does an exercise over top of the planker around the circle.
-Low planks with burpees next to and jump over the planker
-High-lo planks with burpees
-Side plank with squat jumps over
Followed by moving lunges up the hill, bear crawl down, squat jumps up the hill, crawl bear back

Mosey to the laundry mat for some low bar pull ups and merkins

Mosey to the Roberson Creek trail for some wall sits on the concrete things. And a bear crawl back up the hill just cause.

Then on to the court house parking lot for some relay of running the lot while everyone did a jump rope circuit; regular, single leg, front/back, side to side
Then tap Merkins, and jack merkins

Back to the earl for some 6 inch feet raises, hello daises, flutter kicks, leg raises and 1.5 leg raises (halfway up, then all the way up)
