It is always an honor to lead at #rameses – today was no exception. 22 PAX – a solid showing for our nod to one of the greatest men to impact the University of North Carolina – Coach Dean Smith.

The Thang:
Fellowship run from OEC to Hooker Turf, where we initiated our workout.
Four exercises at each corner: Burpees/Squats/LBC’s/Merkins – each x 25! After the group finished the first series of exercises, we ran a 400 around the track – ending up at the next corner. Rinse and repeat x 4 for a total of 100 Burpees/100 Squats/100 LBC’s/100 Merkins + 4 x 400 around the track.
Fellowship run from Hooker Turf to OEC for Mary and COT.

Champ had a few things to say re: upcoming Q opportunities.
Dean Smith was a man of great influence – both on and off the court. He is well known for his athletic accolades – but he is perhaps more widely respected for the impact he had on his players and the community. Coach Smith led by example; a trait which is imbued within the F3 culture. Go out and make a difference in our community – today and every day!
