Live from WKRP at Conjunction Junction
YHC had two pleasant surprises on Tuesday evening as I scrolled the glowing screen before me – First, finding myself atop the Q sheet at the CJ the next morning. And second, getting an HC from western traveling PAX, Malware (and by association, his 2.0 Potter), freshly returned from their month long sojourn to Washington State. Twas to be a glorious morning.
So to celebrate their return, we met the day with some GOF Tabata.

Mosey to the Smith Entrance with an extra lap+ of the parking lot
Set 1 – 3 rounds of a set of 3 exercises – 50 sec work + 10 seconds ‘rest’ for each exercise
- Merkins

Mosey to Bus Circle with an extra lap+ of the lot
Set 2 – 3 time thru – 50s on / 10s off for each
- Dips
- Step Ups
- Flutters
- + 1 set of Burpees (50sec)
Mosey back up to Seawell Flag pole
Set 3 – 3 time thru – 50s on / 10s off for each
- Dry Docks
- Step Lunges
- Heels to Heaven
- + 1 set of Burpees (50sec)

Little did YHC know we would be regaled with stories of the infamous Whidbey Island Barnyard Scramble of the late 20th Century, and the resulting wild Murder Bunnies that now roam the island. Alas, Potter did not return with a new pet.
