That’s exactly what was running through YHC’s mind months ago when he signed up for the Q. And it was as glorious as he anticipated.

There were five completing Ruck EC as the PAX assembled and 21 posted for the main event. Great group, perfect weather, so YHC sped through brief arm circles and SSH, to commence the long mosey and head to The Thang …

An underrated benefit of F3 is leadership development. Vince Lombardi liked to say that “Leaders are made, not born.” And the PAX are making them out in the gloom. You see it in the AO Qs, in the daily Qs, in the encouragement of others at every workout. Strive to lead more, be it in the gloom, or in the community. Aye!
