BOM

As always, thanks for sharing in this workout. Not only does it help me remember who attended the workout but I think it adds a lot to the group to share a bit about ourselves. So besides the gifts I shared earlier, 2 gifts that my dad always gave me really stand out. First, every Christmas he would give my sister and I a United States mint coin set. No idea if these things are even worth what he paid for them but every year they were under the tree. Also, for every b-day he would give me a framed picture of myself and my best friends at the time. I never thought much of the picture but after moving to North Carolina and changing houses so much one of those frames broke. When I went to replace the frame a few weeks later I found that on the backside of the picture, my dad wrote all of our names, and put some kind of quote. Initially I thought this was strange but decided to check the other pictures and even asked a few guys to look at theirs to see if anything was there. it turns out, on every single picture my dad wrote something to give the picture meaning. Obviously I had no idea my dad did this at the time and he never said a word but years later, this is something that really sticks with me. Not only did he come up with an awesome idea, but he executed on it every time. Just kind of like F3, its easy to come up with an idea or say you will be at a workout, but the real key is being able to commit and execute those ideas. So if you guys can, find something you know you can do and get your kids involved in some way. I promise years later they will thank you. Until next time. Aye!
