YHC celebrated his 39th birthday the day before by watching and playing golf which is what he loves to do. On this gloomy Monday the 14 men that showed up to start their week off right and help him celebrate his birthday.

The Thang
We moseyed towards the Science Dr. parking deck but before we made it I figured we would get some arm work in.
Dips x 20
Derkins x 15
Erkins x 15

With the threat of weather looming we moved into the parking deck to take on the stairs.
Each PAX would start on the 1st level doing 10 merkins,
run up to
Level 2 10 jump squats
Level 3 Jump Lunge x 10 each leg
Level 4 Air Drama x 10
Level 5 Squats x 10
Level 6 Air Drama x 10
Level 7 Tuck Jumps x 10
Each time you completed the leg exercise you ran back down to Level 1 to complete 10 merkins
At Level 7 Lunge walk to the opposite side of the parking deck. The PAX were now happy to be in the fresh air and rain at this point.
From Level 7 we needed to make our way down to Level 2…We ran downhill then backwards run on the straightaway and complete 5 burpees…We did this all the way down to Level 2 until it was time for Mary.
