The Thang: Mosey to the tennis courts for Wilt Chamberlain – 100 LBC, 100 squats, and 100 flutter kicks. Mosey to the wall to attempt Ascending Testicles – This should have been 10 derkins at a 15 degree angle on the wall, 10 derkins at a 45 degree angle and 10 derkins with your feet all the way up the wall. This didn’t quite happen as planned due to the wall being a bit wet from the downpour during our warmup. Rocky Balboa 30 times x2 on the curb. Santa’s Ladder running back and forth on the hill. Starting with 1 merkin and increasing all the way to 10 with each run. Low Country Crab 10 times x2.
