The thang:
PAX lined up and did Ricky Bobby, heading for Gold Park. Stop 1, 30 single count merkins. Stop 2, bear crawl over the bridge. Finish with mosy to the park.

Next, line up at the first soccer goal. Sprint to the other one, line up sprint back. 4 sprints knocked out pretty quickly, pause to catch our breath, then another two.

Head to the playground and break up into 3 groups, 4 PAX to each group. Group 1, 20 x Australian Rows, then rotate. All the other PAX doing an exercise while waiting, then the next group rotates to the swings. 6 rounds and I remember lunges, merkins, I love the T bone (no truth in advertising), Carolina Dry Docks. Post the others in the comments.

Mosey back to the bridge, line up again for Ricky Bobby, heading for bridge two. There was more daylight so no need for the headlamps any more.

Bridge 2 – Tunnel of Love. 11 PAX up on the railings, hands on one side, feet on the other and suspended in a plank-ish position. The remaining PAX bear crawled under, got to the end and helped form the tunnel again at the end. Everyone rotated through until we made it to the end of the bridge. And there was much rejoicing.

Mosey to bridge 3, bear crawl across. We were now back at the start, so we celebrated by painting the lines. Run up one line, defensive slide across, back run down the other line, plank, then five merkins. Reverse direction and do it again. I counted six times doing this, could have been eight though.

Mary:
Ring of fire flutter kick led by Boyardee
Marky Mark led us in an exercise which I am drawing on a blank on (BC = before coffee, apologies)
