Thirteen PAX moseyed into the gloomidity for an impromptu Q from YHC. It makes you realize that simple is often better, and it didn’t hurt that I went to sleep thinking about what I’d bring to the table at my next Cougar Q. We missed you, Boo Boo!

- Arm circles/reverse (ICx10)
- Fellowship jog around the track
The Thang:
Line up along endzone, sprint to mid-field for five burpees, sprint to opposite endzone for 10 burpees, sprint back to mid-field for 15 burpees, then sprint back to starting endzone for 20 burpees.
Repeato, but with karaoke/candlesticks for round two, bear crawl/WWIIs for round three, then lunge walk/merkins for round four.
