Warm-up: Typical warm-up exercises (SSH, WMH, arm circles etc) while “Ghostbusters” played…add a burpee for every “Ghostbusters” and a jump squat for just “Ghost”
Mosey to the YMCA parking lot where farting while exercising is acceptable behavior
Since the date is 9/9/20 exercises were groups of three with reps of 9, 9, then 20
Exercises that followed were; Lunges/Squat jumps/Pulse squats, Tap planks/jack planks/WW2’s, Tap merkins/Jack Merkins/Front-overhead T-claps, and Yanni led 9 count peoples chair/9 dips/20 second peoples chair
1 min of plank followed by 1 min “turkey touch” squats x 3 with a little bit of rain adding to the fun.
Mosey back to the AO with some squats along the way
Some LBC’s and Swedish/Danish hammers to finish it out
