This Q was “borrowed” from Griswold, which was “borrowed” from Rambler, which was “borrowed” from Shake-It. Either way, its a good one and on this hot humid morning we could have fried eggs on the parking lot.

The THANG:

Simply put, Walls of Jericho is 7 Exercises at 7 reps each for 7 rounds with a lap around a building or parking lot after each round. Today it was:

  1. Merkins in cadence
  2. WW II on up
  3. Squat Jump on down
  4. Flutter Kicks in cadence
  5. Seal Jacks in cadence
  6. Prisoner Squats in cadence
  7. Burpee OYO (I forgot these in round 1)
  8. Run outer loop

Mary:

  1. LBCs  x15
  2. Side LBCs x15
  3. Side LBCs x15
  4. American hammers x15
  5. Corpse Pose

BoM:

So I got to figure that when these soldiers were walking around Jericho, at least one of them at some point in time were like “what the heck are we doing?” Yet, their faith held strong, replying on god and each other, and everything they set out to do, they accomplished. I know for a lot of that can be hard to just trust the process but hopefully this group can lend on each other and help one other push through when they need support. Until next time in the gloom.
