The AO Challenge continues…this time in the Churham Northern Province of Hillsborough. As YHC approached Orange High School, up ahead in the distance, I saw some shimmering lights. My head was heavy and my eyes were dim. I had to stop for…what ended up being Nickelback and Muzungu rucking in from the gloom! Impressed by the commitment from these PAX, YHC attempted to pull into the normal parking lot…only to be greeted by a forboding wall of wire…the Skunk had become a construction site.

Then, all of a sudden, out of the gloomy fog emerged a mystical warrior. It was Toast McQueen!  “Dude, you’re in the wrong place. You gotta go back and park on the other side of the school.” Roused from my initial stupor, YHC sped over to arrive for the Q with a couple minutes to spare. 8 PAX, including the aforementioned men of myth, legend and mystery, came ready for some pain.

• Kraken Burpees (3 2 Hand Release Merkins) x 10  7 OYO, Karaoke 100m x 4 (alternating R shoulder lead, L shoulder lead)
• Newton’s Cradle x 15 IC, Run (5 mins) combined with U
• U Can’t Touch This – Newton’s Cradle to Merkins on MC Hammers “U Can’t Touch This” for ~1:00, Run 200m, do more for ~1:00
• Non-Alternating Shoulder Taps x 15 IC, Sprint 100m x 4
• Knerkins (aka “Chuck Norris” merkins on knuckles) x 10, King Arthurs for 100m, Knerkins x 10 and back to start via KA (both sprints accompanied by “coconuts” — T Claps to our percussionists)
• Smurf Jack Burpees  (5 Jacks, 2 Burpees) x 5 IC, Sprint 100m, do 5 more SJBs, then sprint back, no musical accompaniment, just grunts
