Two for Twos-day 2-22-22

Special palindrome date allowed for a break from the Mardi-Gras silliness of February and a chance to get some work in and recover at Farm Boys.

The Thang- Here is the cycle and the sequence.

1st round- 2 burpees, 22 squats, 22 shoulder taps, 2 minutes of shoulder burns with weighted ball overhead and shaker weights and then dosey-doe in and out of pilars for travel and first round was bear crawl

Round 2- 2 Crackin Burpees, 22 single leg lunge, 22 overhead claps, 2 minutes shoulder burns, dosey doe lunge walk

Round 3- 2 Hurpees, 22 V-ups, 22 plank lifts with weights, 2 minutes shoulder burns, dosey doe traveling burpees

Round 4- 2 Jump tuck Burpees, 22 dips, 22 urchins, 2 minute shoulder burns, dosey doe- Sneaky Gorillas

We finished off with 22 additional dips and 22 additional urchins before going on to Mary

Mary- 22 Pookie Pikes with the weights- both right pike and left pike

22 IC- LBCs

22 Merkins

Shortest backblast I think I’ve written all year but a good one that I might recycle with a different date at a later time. Whole body was used and worked. Sneaky Gorillas is a new favorite for today for this week. Thanks for the idea Bogey and thanks for coming out.
