As part of Love is in the Air February at the thicket, Mothman and Beaujolais shared a Q and split the workout by splitting the body in half.

The workout:

— (Beaujolais) Warm-up —

– Warm up lap
– 10 – Ankles raises
– 10 – Hip openers
– 20 – Imperial walker
– 10 – Armes circles forward
– 10 – Armes circles backward
– 3 – Sun salutation A
– 20 – SSH

— (Beaujolais) Lower body —

// Squat-galore
– 15- Squats
– 15- Squats + calf raises
– 15- Squats + Jump (land in squats)
– Mosey Lap

// Goddess squats
– 15- Goddess squats (wide squats)
– 15- Godess squats + calf raises (one then the other), i.e. check your shoe for gum
– 15- Godess squats + calf raises (both at the same time), i.e. check both shoes for gum

// Strong balance:
– 10 (each leg) – back step lunge to warrior 3
– 10 (each leg) – Warrior 3 to crunch
– 5(each leg) – Warrior 3 to crunch – 3 pumps. Tentative name 3-pump chump.

Half the group does the first exercise while the other is doing the second. Exchange and repeat.
2x – 15 – Balls to the walls / dips 15
2x – 15 – Peoples chair / erkin 15 (T-clap added to chair)

Ring of fire plank / 5 merkins as we go around.

— (Mothman) WOD

Mothman took the WOD and shared how much he enjoyed being outside working out. That when “outside of his own laziness” he wasn’t able to join, he really felt that he was missing out on something.
He concluded that being back felt awesome and that everyone should be good to one another, because you don’t know what you’ll miss until it’s no longer there.
