Sixteen PAX arrived on the hill at Churham’s premiere Wednesday AO, bright-eyed, ready to suffer, and appreciative of Oxford commas.

10 x Merkins in cadence

10 x reverse fly in cadence

Divide into two groups based on birthday.

Mosey to bottom of grass lawn.  The Site Q issued a warning:  the grass is wet.

 

The Thang

Group 1 backwards run to top of lawn, then run back down while Group 2 does burpees.  Then the groups switch.

Repeat the mode of travel for the second round; exercise changes to merkins.

Repeat the mode of travel for the third round; exercise changes to slow squats.

Those three rounds are done continuously.  Recover.

Mosey to top of parking lot.

 

Repeat three rounds as above.  Exercises and pattern remain the same.

Mode of travel rounds 4-6:  jump-overs on concrete curbs all the way down; run back up.  Recover.

Mosey to bottom of parking lot.

 

Repeat three rounds as above.  Exercises and pattern remain the same.

Mode of travel rounds 7-9:  bear crawl from first white line to last white line; run back down.  Recover.

Mosey to lower gate.

 

Repeat three rounds as above.  Exercises and pattern remain the same.

Mode of travel rounds 10-12:  run to upper gate, run back down.  Recover.
